Shipping instructions for the customer

It is essential that complete injector sets are sent, as the check can only be effective in comparison to the remaining injectors in the set. Additional injectors are acceptable.

All injectors must be fitted with the original seals / O-rings, even if they are in poor condition. If the original seals are not available, we reserve the right to return them untested or tested without seals. They must also be suitably protected, preferably individually.

It is essential to fill in the attached document and include it in the package.

Simple shipping

In case you have selected simple shipping (we only take care of the return shipment), it will be necessary to send an email to pedidos@car-tec.es with the order number and the tracking number, as well as the transport company through which the shipment is made.

Double shipment

If you choose double shipment, you must print the label that will be sent to you by email and attach it to the package. If the origin and destination of the package are not the same, you must complete the pick-up address during the order process and provide us with the return address by email to pedidos@car-tec.es, specifying the order number. The delivery address will be as follows:
